As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother grounded in Christian faith, my professional journey has been a dynamic blend of medical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. Beginning as an EKG technician at 19, I pivoted my college major from journalism to cell and molecular biology, ultimately earning a BS in Biochemistry from CSULB.
For a decade, I contributed to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, but a pivotal moment in 2010, marked by a diagnosis of Sjorgens syndrome, steered me toward alternative healing. Growing up in a small Michigan town, I gleaned wisdom from nature and my grandmother’s kitchen spices. Dissatisfied with pharmaceuticals’ side effects, I delved into research, treating myself and sparking an obsession.
Driven by this passion, I pursued further education, earning a BS in Business Applied Management from GCU, becoming an Ayurvedic practitioner through SCU, and attaining a Master’s in Herbal Medicine from ACHS. Further studies at Kingdom University led me to a Doctorate in Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy. A 200-hour certified yoga instructor, I founded Raw Regimen in 2015, weaving together my diverse experiences to empower others on their holistic wellness journeys.
